A particle cameo of the Thrun horse mark — edge-weighted engraving that breathes, tilts, and orbits under the pointer. Built as a reusable Three.js experience package so the homepage hero and case-study embeds share one renderer.
A living mark
Living Engraving turns the Thrun horse mark into a particle cameo. Ink is sampled from the brand PNG with edge weighting, then projected onto a shallow relief so orbit and pointer tension read in three dimensions.

How it is built
A bake script samples the silhouette into position, random, and metadata buffers. The portfolio ships those assets under /experiences/living-engraving and loads the same @thrun-design/living-engraving package used on the homepage hero.
